The Foreign Language Corner at LICC serves as a platform for improving oral proficiency in foreign languages and enhancing critical thinking skills. By joining the Foreign Language Corner, you will experience the intersection of languages and the exchange of thoughts, immersing yourself in the unique charm of language.

Through the appreciation of film and television clips, we will learn English together and discuss the Chinese New Year.

Event Highlights

15:00-16:00 Video Appreciation

Play selected foreign language video clips with a Chinese New Year theme for participants to learn and appreciate, allowing them to learn how to introduce the Chinese New Year in English.

Foreign teachers will also provide explanations for the video clips, guiding participants in understanding words and expressions related to the Chinese New Year.

16:00-16:20 Tea Break

Enjoy delicious refreshments provided by LICC at the Coffee & Music, accompanied by light and soothing music.

16:20-16:40 Free Discussion Session

During the free discussion session, bravely showcase your learning achievements!

16:40-17:00 Fun Games

Engage in interactive and entertaining games, making English learning enjoyable in a cheerful atmosphere.
