Representatives of more than 100 Hong Kong enterprises from industries including e-commerce, information technology and business service recently took a tour across Longhua District to get in touch with the achievements of digital economy.

The representatives visited three landmark digital economylocations in the district: the big data operation center of Meituan, the Shenzhen North Railway Station Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Youth, and Dalang Fashion Town.

The big data operation center, jointly launched by Longhua District Government and Meituan, has become a national demonstration center of the scientific achievement and consumption trends in the digital economy era. Through visiting the center, the representatives gained a deeper 

understanding of the development of the digital economy and relevant service industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The representatives also learned about the district’s preferential facilities, policies and projects for Hong Kong and Macao startups at the innovation and entrepreneurship center and the achievements of the digital fashion industry in Dalang Fashion Town.

Longhua District is boosting the development of its digital economyby luring investors from across the world and offering more space to accommodate innovative enterprises. It is enhancing the integrated development of the digital economy, the digital city and smart governance, rolling out more preferential policies, and providing more supportive measures to better support its enterprises and better serve its residents.
