A series of catchphrases for the development of Longhua District were discussed at the district’s pavilion of the 19th Conference on International Exchange of International Professionals (CIEP), which was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District over the weekend.
Longhua Party chief Lei Weihua and other officials from the district government visited the pavilion yesterday, the opening day of this year’s CIEP.

The pavilion had four sections themed by the key words and strategies of Longhua’s development, namely, “Central District of Shenzhen,” “Digital Longhua,” “Talent-driven Development,” and “Future City,” and two feature exhibitions on Guanlan and Minzhi international blocks. The design of the pavilion was inspired by the façade of the Shenzhen North Railway Station and the Longhua Tram train carriage.
Lei visited some high-level talents and representatives from key enterprises and R&D institutions from Longhua District at the pavilion and listened to their advice on the district’s talent introduction strategy and the development of smart manufacturing, integrated circuit, new materials, and biomedicine industries.
